Registering During Late Registration?

Proctored Final Exam
The final examination for this course is proctored using RP Now Virtual Proctor.

Any registrant who has paid for a course or workshop and withdraws prior to the start date or within 7 days after the course start date will receive a refund of any registration fees paid, minus a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees, unless otherwise specified:
• Courses less than $100.00, the cancellation fee is $25.00.
• Courses greater than $100.00, but less than $300.00, the cancellation fee is $50.00.
• Courses greater than $300.00, but less than $500.00, the cancellation fee is $75.00.
• Courses greater than $500.00, but less than $700.00 the cancellation fee is $100.00
• Courses greater than $700.00 the cancellation fee is $150.00

Transfer requests are accepted prior to the course start date or up to seven days after the course start date. The transfer fee is due at time of transfer. After initial course transfer it is ineligible for refund but may be transferred one additional time with payment of an additional $150.00 transfer fee.

Attention: New York Residents or those Planning on Working In New York - A licensing law is in effect in the state of New York. It is your responsibility to keep informed of all NY state requirements and determine how these requirements may impact your educational path and/or future practice.
While we strive to make the ABA Online program accessible to students all around the globe, we realize that behavior analysis students must also adhere to any licensing regulations, restrictions, and applicable laws in the state or region in which they work. We want to make sure you are fully informed about any obstacles you might encounter on your journey to become certified in behavior analysis.
Although the ABA Online program is approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Boardr as a verified course sequence, the program is not pre-approved by the state of New York for licensure as a behavior analyst or assistant behavior analyst. Applicants for licensure as a licensed behavior analyst prior to September 1, 2019, may still use coursework from programs not registered in the state of New York, but which meet the criteria established in subdivision (c) of Subpart 79-17.1 of Article 167 of Title VIII of New York's Education Law in their application for admission to the licensing examination. Those who apply for admission to the licensing examination on or after September 1, 2019, will be required to meet the professional education requirements for admission to the licensing examination set forth in subdivision (b) of Subpart 79-17.1 of Article 167 of Title VIII of New York's Education Law.
It is the responsibility of all students to keep up on the requirements of the state you want to work in. We work hard to let you know of any obstacles we find out about, but it is your ultimate responsibility to keep up on changes in your state. It is imperative that ABA Online students planning to work as behavior analysts or assistant behavior analysts in the state of New York manage their coursework and any other application requirements in such a way that they will be able to apply for admission to the licensing examination prior to September 1, 2019, and that they familiarize themselves with the regulation of the practice of behavior analysis set by the New York State Department of Education, Office of the Professions.
